Applications
AG4 series aseptic gate valve is a pneumatic control valve. It is equipped with PTFE bellow or metal bellow, in order to ensure tight sealing and preventing the products from outside pollution, and to ensure sterilized process. It is well suited for pharmaceutical, biotechnological, cosmetic and food industry applications with aseptic requirements.
Operating Principle
Under the control of actuator, PTFE bellow or metal bellow valve plug with special sealing structure extends or contracts. This makes the valve open or closed under the aseptic working conditions. Due to the special material, the valve's tightness will not be affected even if after many times of SIP sterilization. Smooth corrugated surface makes it easy to conduct SIP sterilization, and special sealing structure avoids sanitary dead corners.
