SC smart controller is designed for a series of pneumatic valves including single-seat valves, double-seat valves, pneumatic butterfly valves, pneumatic ball valves, pneumatic angle seat valves, pneumatic diaphragm valves and aseptic valves. It can perform real-time monitoring of the valve working conditions as well as timely feedback of signals by remote control. This controller can meet the automation requirements of food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries. SC smart controller is applicable to most sanitary valves. SC smart controller is directly installed on the actuator. The solenoid valve is installed in the controller to control the opening and closing of the actuator. Solenoid valve is controlled by Aomi control system with proprietary technology. And meanwhile, a hall effect sensor is installed in the controller, which connects four LED electronic modules.
Expanding performance
All electric circuit connections directly lead to the detachable terminal. Without an external plug, the possibility of corrosion and soaking is greatly reduced..
LED clearly display the position of valve and the state of solenoid valve.
Only the connectors vary with different valves. The same control unit is applicable to different types and sizes of valves.
Multi-voltage operation design, including 24-48V AC/DC and 110V AC. One control unit can be used under most of general voltages.
